In planning for your engagement party, we’ll discuss the type of engagement party you have always dreamed of and at this time we can talk about family expectations and options for your guest list.

One popular approach for couples is a cocktail style engagement party. This style can allow for a larger guest list for the engagement celebration, which might later be revised (and sometimes reduced) for the wedding celebration.

My role as your wedding planner is to help translate your wedding dreams into reality. When questions or issues arise th

OTHER CELEBRATIONS

We all love the opportunity to celebrate. Instinct leads us to gather together with our friends and family to share the small and large transitions of life.

We love rituals and traditions, sometimes formal and sometimes with a more leisurely feel. Eating and drinking together is a major part of our celebrations. Depending on the event, there may also be speeches, cake cutting and the time honoured tradition of sharing gifts.

I help organise celebrations for events such as anniversaries and birthdays. Events might range from intimate family gatherings through to larger, more formal groups.

Which ever way you choose to celebrate, I am available to assist in several ways:

• creating the event concept
• choosing event locations or venues
• planning and budgeting for the event
• attending to coordinate aspects of the event itself.

Every guest at your celebration is important, and every guest needs special consideration (particularly the guest of honour!)

Where events involve booking venues, reserving musicians, organising caterers and applying stylists, I can help manage your event in a professional manner. My experience in organising events means I have knowledge in matters ranging from negotiation of special rates right through to which contract terms might be varied if requested and how to manage the changing nature.
